We know you’re excited to receive your Mama Faja, so we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of your order being placed, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, it will be sent using Evri Next Day delivery.

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your Evri tracking information, allowing you to follow your parcel's journey.

Evri Next Day Delivery

All UK orders are shipped using Evri Next Day.

Please note that Next Day delivery begins once your order has been dispatched. As orders can take up to 48 hours to be processed, please allow for the processing time before calculating your expected delivery date.

While Evri Next Day aims to deliver on the following working day, delivery times can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including courier delays, adverse weather and busy periods.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, your Evri tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

If your tracking hasn't updated immediately, please allow some time for Evri's system to update after your parcel has been collected.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once your order has been processed or dispatched.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your parcel appears to be delayed, please check your Evri tracking information first.

If your parcel has been marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, or there has been an extended lack of tracking updates, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
