Mama Faja Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Mama Faja, we want you to feel supported, confident, and comfortable in your faja. Because our garments are intimate apparel worn directly against the skin, we've designed this policy to be fair to you while keeping every product we send out safe and hygienic for our customers.

Returns Window

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be requested within this window — after 14 days, we're unable to accept returns.

Condition of Returned Items

Because fajas are intimate apparel, we can only accept returns that are:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original packaging, with all tags still attached
  • Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or self-tan marks
  • Free of any odour

Items that show signs of wear, staining, or removed hygiene seals cannot be accepted back into stock and will be returned to you.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your faja arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange at no extra cost to you — including return postage.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colourway? We're happy to exchange, provided the item meets the condition requirements above. Reach out to us and we'll guide you through it.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@mamafaja.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions.
  3. Post the item back to us in its original condition.
  4. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Gift cards

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (faulty/incorrect item).
  • Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
